    Placing an order

    Browse Kesalan Patharan HK official website to find the items you wish to order.

    2. Submit order form & Payment
    Fill in the order form with item details, quantity, color (if any) and personal information. You will receive a confirmation email with order number and payment details within 3 business days. Order form: https://forms.gle/Qjx53jsEzY9a69bY7

    3. Order confirmation
    Reply the confirmation email with payment details and order number once you have paid. The order will be processed in 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. The parcel will be shipped in 3-5 business days*. Once the order is ready to be shipped, an email notification containing order tracking number will be sent to the customer.

    *The delivery time may suspend due to the operating hours of delivery service, please refer to latest news of related vendors.

    •Upon receiving the confirmation email with payment details, you should make the payment within 5 working days. Otherwise, the order will not be proceeded and will be cancelled without notification.

    •All prices on this website are stated in Hong Kong Dollar (HK$). All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at time of the payment confirmed.
    •Product prices listed are current however are subject to change without advanced notice.

    1. Paid by Recipient: Settle payment upon collecting the parcel. Delivery fee will not be reflected on the order. Please check with SF Express about information about delivery fee.
    2. Paid by Sender (Hong Kong Post): Unless otherwise specified, Kesalan Patharan delivery policy is listed below.

    HK$30 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$600 (after discount)

    •We offer the following delivery services:

    Please state in the order form and submit to us.
    •Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands. (Some remote areas may incur extra charge, please refer to SF-express: https://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/dynamic_function/range/)
    •P.O. Box is not accepted as a shipping address.
    •Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you wish to send orders to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

    Shipping days and schedules
    •The parcel will be ready and dispatched in 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
    •Under normal circumstances, the order will arrive at the delivery address in 2-3 business days* after dispatch. For remote areas, it might take 3-4 business days. (Actual delivery time varies)

    Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address
    •Once the order is ready to be shipped, an email notification containing order tracking number will be sent to the customer. Please contact SF Express to track the shipment.
    •Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
    •If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If customer is not reachable for delivery after several attempts, the order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
    •Kesalan Patharan will not be responsible for any product damages during delivery.

    Returns Policy
    No refund/ exchange is allowed under all circumstances.

    Absolutely no information posted to our website or entered into a sales form is disclosed to any third party company other than for the purposes of credit card purchase validation, fulfillment for order delivery, marketing and promotion.
